During the first days, mild redness, warmth, sensitivity and swelling are normal Always wash your hands before touching the tattoo, clean it gently with lukewarm water and mild fragrance-free soap, pat it dry with a clean paper towel and apply only a thin layer of the recommended aftercare cream
While your tattoo is healing, avoid swimming pools, baths, saunas, direct sunlight, intense exercise, heavy sweating and tight clothing over the area Do not scratch, peel or pick at dry skin or scabs — allow them to fall away naturally
The surface may look healed after one or two weeks, but complete healing usually takes around three to four weeks Peeling and mild itching can be part of the normal process, while healing time depends on the tattoo size, placement, skin type and aftercare
If you are unsure about the healing process, send us a clear photo in natural light If redness spreads, pain or swelling becomes worse, or you notice unusual discharge, fever or feel unwell, seek medical advice promptly

A deposit of 30% may be requested by the artist depending on the project and the booking arrangement
Once a deposit has been paid and the appointment confirmed, it is non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the project
If the client does not attend the first scheduled appointment, the deposit remains valid and one additional appointment may be arranged.
If the client does not attend the rescheduled appointment for a second time, the deposit is retained by the studio
If the appointment is cancelled by the artist and no alternative date can be agreed, the deposit will be refunded

Complimentary touch-ups do not cover changes to the original design or issues caused by improper aftercare, external damage or failure to follow the artist’s aftercare instructions
The artist may, at their discretion, make exceptions to the 3-month period or provide an additional complimentary touch-up

Any additional work resulting from changes to the agreed project is charged separately, with the price agreed individually with the artist.
